We are seeking a new Senior Law Clerk, Real Estate to join BGRE in Toronto, ON. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Legal, this position will provide commercial leasing law clerk (office/retail) services with respect to all legal entities in Eastern Region Canada within the BGRE portfolio. This includes but is not limited to drafting and negotiating offers, leases and related documents, providing legal support and performing review/oversight of lease administration functions.

The expected salary range for this role is $110,000 –$150,000 annually. Final compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, education, job-related skills, and internal equity.
