The Opportunity: Corporate & Commercial Associate

We are seeking an experienced Associate Lawyer to join our growing Corporate / Commercial practice in Vancouver. In this role, you will advise owner-managed businesses, professionals, families, and entrepreneurs on high-impact solicitor work.

Key Practice Areas

Depending on your specific expertise and interests, your caseload will include:

• Corporate Reorganizations: Including tax-driven restructures and succession planning.

• M&A Transactions: Handling the purchase and sale of businesses (share and asset transactions).

• Corporate Governance: Managing share transactions and foundational corporate records.

• Commercial Agreements: Drafting and negotiating complex contracts.

• Commercial Leasing: Advising on landlord and tenant matters.

What You Bring

• Experience: 7–10 years of solicitor practice experience in British Columbia or a comparable jurisdiction.
