In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a collegial team and hone your skills in a broad range of significant commercial litigation. You will be involved in representing domestic and international clients in all areas of commercial litigation including matters involving oil and gas, construction law, corporate governance, securities, shareholder activism, product liability, professional liability, and more.   Qualifications and Attributes: 2-5 years of post call commercial litigation experience from a recognized Canadian law firm and a desire to do high quality work A breadth and depth of technical legal knowledge, excellent business judgment, and strong analytical and drafting skills; Excellent interpersonal and client service skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work well on a variety of teams; and Excellent organizational, project management and leadership skills, and the ability to handle multiple time sensitive priorities.
